If you have changed your name, address or property ownership details, please advise the Shire promptly.

Change of address

Change of details must be in writing by either:

Change of name

If you have changed your name you need to ensure that your details have been updated on the Certificate of Title for your property with Landgate.

You will also need to advise the Shire. Please send details via email to shire@mundaring.wa.gov.au. 

Change of property ownership

If you are selling your property, you must advise the Shire in writing within 21 days of the change in ownership, giving full details of the purchaser.

To advise of a Deceased Estate, a copy of the Death Certificate will need to be provided to the Shire.
