Shire residents can enjoy greater benefits of connecting to popular Shire services with the launch of its first online portal, My Mundaring Online. 

My Mundaring Online was launched on Monday 1 August 2022 with residents encouraged to sign-up via the link below.

The portal brings together services residents can access at the click of a button, anywhere, anytime including: 

  • Register your cat or dog 
  • Find your bin day and Bulk Verge Collection date 
  • Request a Permit to Burn 
  • Download an electronic Community Recycling Centre (CRC) entry pass as a photo image to their mobile phone or to print a paper version of the CRC entry pass
  • Pay your rates
  • Report it (formally known as raise a service request) - you can use this to advise us of an issue in the community such as:
    • A pothole or broken playground equipment
    • Graffiti or illegal dumping
    • Deceased wildlife on local roads
    • Maintenance of Shire facilities or drainage systems
    • Noise or a parking concern
    • Fallen trees
    • Inappropriate land development or use.
