Strong Bodies - Strong Minds (sorry fully booked)

Please let us know if your child would be interested in attending a future event similar to this via poce@mundaring.wa.gov.au.

Join us for a fun-filled day of fitness, activities, and healthy snacks at our Strong Bodies - Strong Minds School Holiday Event!

The focus of the workshop is to promote better physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through exercise, mindset training, and healthy food.

Correlations between exercise, healthy food, and improved mental health have been researched and proven. This program covers these themes and, additionally, introduces the importance of a positive and optimistic mindset for improved emotional and mental harmony.

This is an incredible opportunity for the young people of Mundaring Shire to participate for free in a program of this calibre. Places are strictly limited to 30 participants. No basic level of fitness is required to reap all of the benefits from this workshop. Program suitable for 12-17 year olds.
