Notice is hereby given for public information that the Shire of Mundaring, at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on 12 July 2022, resolved to advertise draft Local Planning Policy 3.1 – Public Art for public comment in accordance with the
provisions of Local Planning Scheme No 4.

The purpose of draft Local Planning Policy 3.1 – Public Art is to establish a clear and equitable system for the provision of public art, and ensure additional development and growth in the Shire is offset by the enhancement of public spaces.

Comments in relation to this draft Policy will be accepted by the Shire of Mundaring, in writing, until close of business on Monday 22 August 2022.
