Shire of Mundaring is seeking a consultancy fee Quotation from a suitably qualified experienced Consultant to undertake the design and documentation of a new Parkerville Volunteer Bushfire Brigade (PVBFB) Station and Renovations and Additions to the Wooroloo Volunteer Bushfire Brigade (WVBFB) Station.
A full statement of the Goods/Services required under the proposed Contract appears in Section 2 Specification Requirements of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. 

Site Briefings will be held on 15 July 2024 at both locations. Respondents should confirm with contact person Maria Beley on 9290 6637 attendance at these meetings by no later than 4pm on 11 July 2024.

This Request for Quotation will be conducted in an electronic environment. The RFQ document is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at

https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring/   Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.

Quotations must be lodged via the portal. Further information regarding assistance with retrieving the Request documents or using the portal to lodge submissions can be obtained from Maria Beley (08) 9290 6637 during office hours.

All enquiries relating to the project can only be lodged and responded to through the Tenderlink portal forum.

A quotation that is not successfully uploaded to the portal when quotations close will not be considered for evaluation.
