Shire of Mundaring is seeking quotations to provide services for internal upgrade and refurbishment works to the kitchen and ablutions at Eastern Hills Community Kindergarten and Playgroup (EHCKP), Mt Helena located at 20 Chidlow Street, Mt Helena. The timeline is a critical part of this contract. Shire of Mundaring envisages the works to be completed by mid-January 2025 when EHCKP will be reopened for the start of school term. Full details of the works under the Contract appear in the drawings and specifications.

Respondents must attend a compulsory site briefing to be held at 2:30pm Wednesday 23 October 2024 at Eastern Hills Community Kindergarten and Playgroup, 20 Chidlow Street, Mt Helena and must register their intention to attend the site briefing with Maria Beley by no later than Tuesday 22 October 2024.Failure to attend this Site briefing will render the Respondent ineligible to quote.

This Request for Quotation will be conducted in an electronic environment. The Request for Quotation is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring.  Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.
