The Shire of Mundaring is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and skilled architectural consultant to undertake design and documentation based on an existing concept plan, followed by later construction contract administration (superintendence) to upgrade the existing Elsie Austin Oval Changerooms, to be undertaken by a registered builder, the contract for which will be put out to tender by Shire of Mundaring following completed, costed design works. The building works are expected to be awarded on or about 23 May 2025.

This Request for Quotation will be conducted in an electronic environment. The Request for Quotation is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring.  Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.

A compulsory site inspection to view the site will be held on Friday 6 September 2024 commencing 9:00am at Elsie Austin Oval, Mt Helena. Please confirm with the contact person Joanne Dutton to register your attendance at this meeting no later than Wednesday, 4 September, 2024.
