Shire of Mundaring is seeking to engage a consultant to develop a Land Rationalisation Plan. In developing the Plan, the following will be required to be undertaken:

1. Conduct a familiarisation review of the:

(a) Shire's adopted document: Continuing to Grow Mundaring, Investment Property Strategy 2024 – 2027 (Attachment 1 in the Request for Quotation (RFQ)

(b) Available identifying data for Shire of Mundaring freehold and managed crown land (Attachment 2 in the RFQ) and

(c) Relevant example provided (Attachment 3 in the RFQ).

2. Develop a Land Rationalisation Plan which is required to identify all freehold land and crown currently under management of Shire of Mundaring and provide detailed recommendations on individual land parcels and properties.

Full details of the works required are detailed in the Specifications in the RFQ document.

This RFQ will be conducted in an electronic environment. The RFQ is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring.  Respondents are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.
