Tenders are invited from suitably qualified, experienced consultants to develop initial concept designs, operational modelling analysis, community engagement, further development of an accepted concept design, detail design and documentation, and contract administration services for construction of a new Mundaring Cultural Hub building in the heart of Mundaring township as part of a broader Mundaring Town Centre Revitalisation project.

 A compulsory site briefing will be held at 9.00am Friday, 22 November 2024 at 3185 Jacoby Street, Mundaring. Tenderers should inform themselves of the detailed site inspection requirements as set out in the tender documentation and must contact Maria Beley (08) 9290 6637 to register their intention to attend the site inspection no later than Thursday, 21 November 2024. Failure to register and attend the site inspection will render the Tenderer ineligible to submit a Tender.

 This Request for Tender will be conducted in an electronic environment. The Request for Tender document is available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at

https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring/  Consultants are required to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to accessing the document.
