This is a design and construct tender for the upgrade of the administration, first aid, entry, kiosk, store rooms and ablutions at Bilgoman Aquatic Centre (Bilgoman) in Darlington. Tenders close 4:00pm, Friday 4 November 2022.

The Shire is seeking to improve the functionality of the administration, first aid, entry, kiosk, store rooms and a way to incorporate family changing areas to facilitate families/parents with young children in the existing change rooms and ablutions.

A compulsory tender briefing and site inspection is scheduled for Wednesday 5 October 2022, 12:00pm at Bilgoman Aquatic Centre, Lionel Road in Darlington.

This Request for Tender will be conducted in an electronic environment. The Request for Tender documents are available from the Shire’s Tenderlink portal at https://portal.tenderlink.com/mundaring.

Tenderers must register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site prior to being able to access the documents. All enquiries relating to the tender are to be in writing through the Tenderlink portal forum.

Tenders must be lodged via the portal. A tender that is not successfully uploaded to the portal when tenders close will not be considered for evaluation.

Shire of Mundaring may decline to accept any or all tenders. Canvassing of elected members or employees will automatically disqualify.
