Residents are advised the works are scheduled, subject to weather conditions permitting, as set out below:

• Commencing 28 June to 30 June - three days of profiling and asphalting. This will remove the surface and lay a “bottom layer” of asphalt.
• 28 June - Swan View Road, between Old York Road and Wandu Road will be closed, detour via Wandu Rd
• 29 and 30 June - Swan View Road, between Old York and Curve Road will be closed, detour via Amherst Rd
• Three weeks of civil works to replace kerbing, drainage lids, and some footpath. This will for the most part be done under stop/slow and only involve road closures if absolutely essential.
• Three days to then lay the final layer of asphalt, road closures required.

During periods of road closures, access to properties will be maintained unless the equipment is directly in the area, and then they are to follow direction of traffic management on site.

Bus route 323 travels northbound on Swan View Road, bus stops in the area of works will be closed, but busses will still be escorted through the works unless it is unsafe to do so. PTA have been liaised with.
