Have you ever said daily affirmations or wondered what they are? Affirmations are a powerful way to lift your daily outlook and perspective.
This workshop provides an opportunity to explore, play and create your own affirmation board to inspire and increase your self-awareness, positivity, happiness and peacefulness. Why not come along and try something different and take some time out just for you?
Bookings are essential for this free event via Eventbrite. Light refreshments will be available. We suggest you bring your own keep-cup or mug for tea, coffee or water. Please advise if you have any access requirements.
