Notice is hereby given for public information that the Shire of Mundaring, at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on the 10 September 2024, resolved to:
a) adopt the Heritage Requirements for Planning Proposals Local Planning Policy; and
b) revoke the Heritage Planning Local Planning Policy PS-02.
A copy of the adopted policy can be viewed on the Shire’s website.
