Notice is hereby given that a ceremony will be held on Wednesday 25 October 2023, commencing at 6pm for the purpose of the swearing in of the Shire President and newly elected Councillors.

Further notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday 31 October 2023, commencing at 6.30pm, for the purpose of:

1. electing the Deputy Shire President;

2. appointing council members to Shire committees, advisory groups and representatives meetings; and 

3. appointing council member representatives to external organisations and boards. 

The Swearing in Ceremony and Special Council Meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at the Shire Administration Building, 7000 Great Eastern Highway, Mundaring.

Please note, these meetings will be audio recorded and livestreamed.
