Thank you to everyone who shared their feedback in the November Community Pulse Scorecard, a survey designed to measure our performance

We’re thrilled to have received 363 responses, providing valuable insights into how the Shire is performing in areas such as leadership and advocacy. The results show encouraging improvements compared to the 2023 Community Scorecard, thank you for helping us make progress!

One key takeaway was the need to boost community awareness of the Council Plan. We’ve taken this on board and will be rolling out new initiatives in 2025 to ensure our community understands how the Council Plan supports local priorities and drives positive change.

This was the first of our six-monthly pulse surveys, designed to track progress on the Council Plan 2024–2034, ensuring we deliver on our commitments and adapt where needed. Your feedback keeps us aligned with our strategic goals and connected to community perspectives. We encourage all residents and businesses to stay involved by participating in future surveys.
