Annual Electors Meeting 2025

Shire of Mundaring will hold the Annual Electors’ Meeting on Tuesday, 4 February 2025, commencing at 6.30pm in the Council Chamber, 7000 Great Eastern Highway, Mundaring.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Adopt the 2023/24 Annual Report; and
2. General Business

The 2023/24 Annual Report can be found on the Shire of Mundaring website Annual Reports and Progress Reporting » Shire of Mundaring with hardcopies available to view at the Mundaring Shire Administration Centre and Mundaring and Boya Public Libraries.

The General Business section of the meeting provides electors the opportunity to ask questions or submit motions for consideration by Council. I encourage representatives of Community Associations to attend and raise ideas or priorities on behalf of your community members.

Please note that priority will be given to questions and motions received at least two business days prior to the meeting. Additional questions and motions presented at the meeting may be considered, if time permits.
