Shire of Mundaring Invites Community to Share Feedback in Pulse Scorecard Survey

Published on Monday, 18 November 2024 at 9:06:00 AM

The Shire of Mundaring is calling on residents and businesses to participate in the MARKYT® Pulse Scorecard survey – a brief, three-minute questionnaire designed to help us evaluate how effectively we are leading and representing the community on the issues that matter most.

The scorecard will be open online from Monday, 18 November, through to Monday, 2 December. Feedback gathered from the survey will be considered by Council, with results shared with the community in early 2025. Individual responses will remain confidential.

This scorecard marks the first in a series of ongoing pulse studies that Council will use to monitor the delivery of strategic objectives in the Council Plan. Insights from these studies will help identify areas for improvement or adjustments to Council's strategic priorities.

Residents and businesses registered with Engage Mundaring or the Shire’s Customer Portal will receive a direct link to the survey via email. If you’re not yet registered, you can access the survey at the link below.

Paper copies of the survey are also available on request by contacting the Shire Administration Centre and can be returned by email or in person.

For additional information or assistance, please contact us at (08) 9290 6666 or via email at shire@mundaring.wa.gov.au.
